At Cogniteq, quality is part of how we work every single day. Today we are proud to share that this commitment is now officially recognised: Cogniteq has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, the international standard for quality management. For us, this is more than a certificate. It is independent confirmation that the way we work delivers consistent value to our clients.

ISO 9001 is a quality management standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It verifies that every service a company delivers follows a standardised, documented workflow with quality control at each stage.

At Cogniteq, the certification covers the full scope of our work: development, testing, support, project management, and management practices. Every task has clear acceptance criteria and timelines, every release goes through a defined pipeline and test plan, and every SLA is backed by a documented process and a responsible owner.

We are proud that certification required no changes to the way we work. The audit confirmed that our existing processes already meet the standard and operate effectively in everyday delivery.
