What is ISO 9001:2015?
ISO 9001 is a quality management standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It verifies that every service a company delivers follows a standardised, documented workflow with quality control at each stage.
At Cogniteq, the certification covers the full scope of our work: development, testing, support, project management, and management practices. Every task has clear acceptance criteria and timelines, every release goes through a defined pipeline and test plan, and every SLA is backed by a documented process and a responsible owner.
We are proud that certification required no changes to the way we work. The audit confirmed that our existing processes already meet the standard and operate effectively in everyday delivery.
