Challenge
By the time the project began, we had already delivered a wide range of applications for this client, varying in both size and complexity. The company particularly values our extensive experience in custom software development and strong technological expertise.
This project was one of their largest requests. The client asked us to develop a BPMS (Business Process Management System) for a major Belgian corporation (the company's name is under NDA).
The task was ambitious and challenging, as our team needed to design a universal corporate system composed of multiple modules, each with its own set of features.
Solution
Our development team was responsible for creating both a web application and a cross-platform mobile app using Xamarin, supporting Android, iOS, and UWP platforms. The solution needed to address various corporate needs by integrating multiple functional modules into a single system.
These modules cover different aspects of the company’s operations, from employee record management to compliance monitoring, ensuring smooth workflows, transparency, and effective task management across departments.
Storage and retention of employee records
Using the application, the HR officer scans a new employee’s ID card, and the data is automatically entered into the system. The app also creates a dedicated field to store the employee’s personal data along with a history of tasks, deadlines, project statuses, reports, and more.
Campaigns
This module allows department heads or managers to create and manage campaigns, assigning responsibility for their successful implementation. It contains all necessary information, including responsible persons, documentation, tasks, deadlines, and reports. The system tracks task deadlines and sends notifications when deadlines approach or tasks become overdue.
Organization сhart
The organization chart module displays information about the corporation’s branches, departments, executive body, department heads, and staff. It shows details about each employee, such as their department and direct supervisor.
Reports
Employees can generate reports on completed work using this module. At the corporate level, it also facilitates the creation of reports for ministries and government departments.
AML compliance
This critical financial module monitors employee activities to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. It uses machine learning algorithms to detect unauthorized monetary transactions.
